Pork, Chicken, Oh My!

Our Spring Season is in full-swing, keeping us busy and stocked with tasty meats. We just processed our first batch of chicken, available now until gone! And we're carefully raising out next small-batch of meat birds for another round in a few months. The more interest we receive, the more we will raise meat birds, always on a small-scale family farm. 

Pork reservations are open now for our first batch of our Registered Berkshire Pigs, due to be butchered in October 2026. Reserve yours today to ensure you fill your freezer with quality meat, raised right here in Colorado Springs on our farm!

Our garden is just beginning to awaken, growing nicely to soon feed our family, livestock, and in turn, your family as well.
