Goat Milk Products in Production

With our kids getting bigger and able to be weaned from their mothers, we're now seeing the full amount of milk being produced by our Nubians. We've started making goat milk soap of various scents and textures, and we will soon be focusing our efforts on making cheese for the upcoming months. I'll soon be enjoying a fresh batch of cajeta (goat milk caramel) to top on my ice cream and apples!
